synrgii.com is owned and operated by SYNRGII. By visiting the site you agree to use it for lawful purposes. Don't scrape, abuse, or attempt to break it — we run a tight stack and unusual traffic gets blocked.

Services

The services described on this site (website builds, AI receptionist, CRM, ads) are offered to qualifying trades and service businesses under a separate written agreement. Pricing shown on the site is intro pricing for founding clients and is subject to change with notice. Final scope, deliverables, and terms are documented in a Scope Lock document signed before work begins.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — copy, code, visuals, brand assets — is owned by SYNRGII unless explicitly credited otherwise. Don't copy our website, our brand character, or our case study content. Client work we deliver becomes the client's property under the engagement agreement.

Third-party services

Our deliverables often integrate third-party tools (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Twilio, Cal.com, etc.). Those tools have their own terms; we'll tell you which ones we use during onboarding.

Liability

We work hard to build things that work. That said, this site and our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, SYNRGII isn't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
