- Site analytics — anonymous, aggregate visit data (page views, referrer, country, device class) via privacy-respecting analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
- Communication records — emails, call recordings (if you consent), and Slack/text messages you exchange with us during a project.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your data with advertising platforms.
- We don't use trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.
How we use what we collect
To answer your inquiries, deliver the services you hire us for, send infrequent updates about your project, and keep our own books in order. We use a small number of vetted vendors (email/CRM, transactional email delivery, hosting) and only share what those vendors need to do their job.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what data we have about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@synrgii.com and we'll respond within 7 days.
